Right Care Right Here Programme Right Care Right Here Programme (formerly the Toward 2010 program) is a £750 million program of health services rationalisation projects involving Sandwell PCT and Heart of Birmingham Teaching PCT that are amongst a mix of 7 healthcare organisations including both acute and non-acute care and local government organisations to deliver improved provision of care to the local population.

The monthly service redesign and activity transfer reports to the Partnership Board tracking the transfer of services from acute to community settings are delivered by iDashboards and all the reports are predominantly primary care and community services. Interactive charts covering areas such as Urgent Care, Rehab Beds, Musculoskeletal, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Respiratory, ENT, Cardiology, Gynaecology and Diabetes – all developed within a matter of days and at substantially lower cost than would have been possible with other NHS Management Information dashboard systems. VHI purchased iDashboards over a year ago to implement a central management dashboard system allowing VHIto view membership details and claims history etc across their subscriber base throughout Ireland. Utilising their existing Oracle based database as a source with a variety of generic and specific views created by their internal team they were able to get the initial dashboards created and operational within a matter of a week from their initial installation in Dublin. A specific feature of this installation was the creation for VHI of custom maps enabling VHI to report results interactively based upon maps of the historic provinces of Ireland i.e. Munster, Leinster, Connacht and Ulster rather than by the current counties
